Safeco, Builder Sued Over $2.7M Construction Subcontract

Law360, New York (July 23, 2013, 6:07 PM EDT) -- Miami-based Hard J Construction Corp. slapped Coastal Construction Group of South Florida Inc. and Safeco Insurance Co. of America with a lawsuit Friday in Florida state court contending Coastal has refused to pay a $2.7 million school construction subcontract it inked with Hard J.
