Medtronic Can't Duck Injury Suit Over Bone Graft Product

Law360, Chicago (July 23, 2013, 4:18 PM EDT) -- An Illinois state court judge on Thursday rejected Medtronic Inc.'s bid to dismiss a product liability and medical malpractice lawsuit alleging that the off-label use of its Infuse bone graft product caused a patient to need additional surgery and left him with a permanent disability.
