Prior Deal Bars Miami Airport Fuel Fire Suit, Contractor Says

Law360, Miami (August 1, 2013, 7:36 PM EDT) -- A construction company argued Thursday in Florida state court for the dismissal of a negligence suit brought against it by Allied Aviation LLC over a March 2011 fire at the fuel storage system at Miami International Airport, saying an earlier settlement agreement barred the claims against it.
