NJ Court Nixes Challenge To $6.3M Condo Grant

Law360, New York (July 23, 2013, 7:39 PM EDT) -- New Jersey’s appellate court Tuesday nixed a referendum to challenge a $6.3 million grant to fund Prism Capital Partners LLC's conversion of a West Orange, N.J., site once used by Thomas Edison into condominiums because redevelopment grants are exempt from referendum.
