6th Circ. OKs Arbitration In TRW Retiree Benefit Dispute

Law360, New York (July 23, 2013, 5:59 PM EDT) -- The Sixth Circuit found Tuesday that two TRW Vehicle Safety Systems Inc. retirees who lodged a putative class action over changes to their health benefits were bound by an arbitration clause in a collective bargaining agreement negotiated before they retired.
