7th Circ. Revives Case Over Hauling Co.'s Payroll Docs

Law360, Los Angeles (July 23, 2013, 6:52 PM EDT) -- The Seventh Circuit on Tuesday reversed an Illinois federal court's ruling granting a motion to dismiss for improper venue by the owner of a subcontractor on a St. Louis highway project who allegedly submitted fraudulent payroll records, saying Illinois is an appropriate trial venue because the owner allegedly created the documents there.
