Railway, Fuel Cos. Sued Over Fatal Quebec Train Accident

Law360, Chicago (July 24, 2013, 4:21 PM EDT) -- The estate administrator for a man who was killed when a crude oil freight train crashed and caused deadly fires in Canada sued Montreal, Maine and Atlantic Railway Inc. and others in Illinois state court Monday, alleging the train was inadequately staffed and negligently operated.
