USS-Posco Coughs Up $3.5M To End OT Class Action

Law360, New York (July 24, 2013, 1:26 PM EDT) -- USS-Posco Industries on Tuesday agreed to pay $3.5 million in California federal court to settle a proposed class action brought by production and maintenance employees alleging the company denied them overtime pay, accurate wage statements and adequate meal and rest periods.
