McKesson OK’d Fake Medicare Bills, Ex-Worker Claims

Law360, Los Angeles (July 24, 2013, 10:11 PM EDT) -- A unit of medical technology contractor McKesson Corp. aided a dentist in fraudulently billing Medicare and Medicaid, then fired an employee who raised red flags about it, according to accusations in a False Claims Act lawsuit unsealed by a Texas federal judge Wednesday.
