WellPoint Premium Hike Victims Seek 7th Circ. Reversal

Law360, New York (July 24, 2013, 7:15 PM EDT) -- Former Illinois customers of Rightchoice Managed Care Inc. asked the Seventh Circuit Tuesday to resuscitate class claims that WellPoint Inc. orchestrated an illegal plot to shave unhealthy policyholders from its books after the insurers merged, arguing the dispute should have played out in state court.
