Free Speech Law Shields Aramid In Bergstein Row, Judge Says

Law360, Los Angeles (July 24, 2013, 5:13 PM EDT) -- A California judge indicated Wednesday she will likely toss film financier David Bergstein's contract and fiduciary duty claims seeking to hold Aramid Entertainment Fund Ltd. liable for wrongdoing by his former attorney, saying the alleged misconduct was protected by a California free speech law.
