DOD Has Ongoing Duty To Warn Chemical-Test Subjects

Law360, Chicago (July 25, 2013, 5:37 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge granted the U.S. Department of Defense partial summary judgment Wednesday in a class action brought by current and former military members who were allegedly exposed to chemical and biological agents without warning during CIA experiments, but said the government must provide the class with any new information going forward.
