5th Circ. Revives Refining Co.'s Challenges To Ch. 11 Plan

Law360, Los Angeles (July 24, 2013, 9:01 PM EDT) -- The Fifth Circuit on Wednesday vacated a lower court’s decision to dismiss the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors' appeal of orders by the bankruptcy court in AGE Refining Inc.'s Chapter 11 case, finding that the district court erred in dismissing the appeals.
