Merrill Lynch Accused Of Telling Women To Seduce Bosses

Law360, New York (July 25, 2013, 4:11 PM EDT) -- Merrill Lynch & Co. Inc. and its parent Bank of America Corp. were hit with a sex discrimination suit Tuesday in New York state court Tuesday alleging that, during training, female financial advisers were told to use praise and seduction on their male co-workers and supervisors if they wanted to get ahead.
