US Fights Bid To Close Delphi Bankruptcy Cases

Law360, New York (July 25, 2013, 10:10 PM EDT) -- The federal government urged a New York bankruptcy judge Thursday to reject a motion to close the various cases left open after auto parts giant Delphi Corp. exited Chapter 11, saying the request is premature because a number of environmental cleanup obligations remain unfilled.
