First Responders Want Pa. Law Applied To Conrail Spill Suit

Law360, Philadelphia (July 26, 2013, 3:22 PM EDT) -- A group of more than a dozen first responders and their families suing Consolidated Rail Corp. over a New Jersey train derailment and chemical spill told a Philadelphia County judge that Pennsylvania state law should govern trespass and medical monitoring claims in the suit.
