Rakoff Pares Claims In Olive Oil Labeling Class Action

Law360, New York (July 30, 2013, 6:22 PM EDT) -- U.S. District Judge Jed S. Rakoff on Friday trimmed a proposed class action accusing Kangadis Food Inc. of falsely advertising its olive oil as being 100 percent pure when it's actually a different olive-based product, saying he didn't have jurisdiction to hear some claims.
