Judge Retracts Ruling In Chobani Yogurt Labeling Suit

Law360, New York (July 29, 2013, 6:31 PM EDT) -- In an unusual turn Thursday, a California federal judge vacated a recent ruling allowing a proposed food labeling class action against Chobani Inc. to survive after the plaintiffs agreed that the court should reconsider parts of the decision to which the company objected.
