2 More Pilot Flying J Employees Cop To Fuel Rebate Scheme

Law360, Chicago (July 29, 2013, 5:05 PM EDT) -- Two more sales personnel at Pilot Flying J Travel Centers LLC — the truck stop operator run by Cleveland Browns owner Jimmy Haslam — pled guilty Monday for their roles in an alleged long-running scheme to bilk customers out of agreed-upon discounts on diesel fuel.

Michael Scott Fenwick, a regional sales manager, and Janet M. Welch, a regional account representative, each admitted to one count of conspiracy to commit an offense against the U.S., according to documents filed in Tennessee federal court.
