Mall Owner Asks Texas Court To Review $50M Insurance Row

Law360, Houston (July 29, 2013, 4:52 PM EDT) -- The owner of two Houston-area shopping malls on Thursday told a Texas appeals court that Fireman's Fund Insurance Co. should be stopped from ducking insurance claims worth $50 million covering damage caused by Hurricane Ike before a jury has the chance to hear the dispute.
