Art Buchwald's Estate Asks Judge To Revive Citibank Suit

Law360, Washington (July 29, 2013, 5:24 PM EDT) -- The son of late Washington Post columnist Art Buchwald asked a Washington federal judge Monday to allow him to amend his suit against Citibank NA, claiming the bank recklessly allowed Ponzi scheme-runner Kenneth Starr to open a home equity line of credit on Buchwald's property and should have investigated Starr's behavior.
