General Dynamics, Boeing Could Settle Navy Contract Row

Law360, New York (July 29, 2013, 6:00 PM EDT) -- General Dynamics Corp. and The Boeing Co. could be close to resolving a decadeslong legal battle with the U.S. Navy over a $4.8 billion aircraft contract, according to General Dynamics' most recent quarterly report with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
