Lack Of Standing Halts Quantum's Infringement Suit

Law360 (February 4, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal judge has dismissed patent infringement claims brought by data backup technology company Quantum Corp. against Riverbed Technology Inc., ruling that the company lacked the rights to assert infringement of a patent on a data management technology when it filed suit last year.
