Law360, Harrisburg (July 30, 2013, 5:34 PM EDT) -- Calling it a “tragic day for Penn State University,” a Pennsylvania state judge ruled on Tuesday that three former administrators at the university will stand trial on charges of covering up the activities of former football coach and convicted sex offender Jerry Sandusky.
