SRAM Cos. Ask Judge To Consider DRAM Ruling

Law360, New York (February 5, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- Defendants in a multidistrict antitrust case brought by purchasers of computers with static random access memory asked a court on Monday to file an opinion issued last week in a separate but similar case involving dynamic RAM, saying that the opinion should inform their case.

If the court agrees, it could significantly hurt the plaintiffs' case.
