Pa. Town Erred In Nixing Stone Quarry Plan, Court Says

Law360, New York (July 31, 2013, 3:58 PM EDT) -- A Pennsylvania appeals court ruled Tuesday that a Lehigh County township's planning commission improperly rejected a company's plan to develop a 84.6-acre stone extraction quarry, saying the commission misinterpreted sections of the zoning ordinance to justify rejecting the plan.
