ValCom Agrees To Stock Shutdown As RICO Suit Looms

Law360, New York (July 30, 2013, 7:30 PM EDT) -- Entertainment company ValCom Inc. on Monday announced a settlement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, agreeing to end trading of its common stock to settle proceedings over unfiled periodic reports as the company litigates a racketeering suit in New Jersey federal court against its former chief executive.
