Tech Industry Hasn't Fought NSA Spying: Secret Court Judge

Law360, New York (July 30, 2013, 9:33 PM EDT) -- The chief judge of the U.S. Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court told lawmakers Monday that no service provider had ever challenged the government's phone and Internet surveillance under a pair of recently leaked programs.
