Army Won't Debar 43 Contractors Suspected Of Insurgent Ties

Law360, New York (July 30, 2013, 4:10 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Army has rejected recommendations to suspend or debar 43 contractors suspected of having ties to the insurgency in Afghanistan, the special inspector general for Afghanistan reconstruction reported Tuesday.
