Dallas DA Aquitted Of Contempt In Mortgage Fraud Case

Law360, Dallas (August 23, 2013, 10:08 PM EDT) -- A Texas state judge Friday acquitted the Dallas County District Attorney of contempt charges slapped against him after he refused to testify in a hearing related to a mortgage fraud case against an oil heir, saying the hearing was improperly called.
