Ex-Venezuelan Ambassador Accuses Energy Execs Of Bribery

Law360, Washington (July 31, 2013, 6:38 PM EDT) -- A former U.S. ambassador launched a suit in New York federal court Tuesday claiming three executives of the energy services firm Derwick Associates Corp. amassed approximately $1 billion in Venezuelan energy construction contracts by paying illegal kickbacks to government officials.
