Judge Slashes Fees In FedEx Case For Attys' Poor Work

Law360, New York (July 31, 2013, 1:54 PM EDT) -- In approving a $9.6 million settlement of a wage-and-hour class action against FedEx Office & Print Services Inc., a California federal judge on Tuesday cut the plaintiffs' attorneys' fees by $800,000 in light of the allegedly small amount class members were getting out of the deal.
