Anne Heche Sued By Partners Over Kids' Sunblock Venture

Law360, New York (July 31, 2013, 2:16 PM EDT) -- Celebrity couple Anne Heche and James Tupper were accused in California court on Tuesday of hijacking a children’s sunblock business from their partners in an attempt to launch a competing product line.

The pair of television actors were hit with a lawsuit by Kathleen Tracy and Nicole Tracy-Arranaga, the two co-owners of cosmetics company La Bella Donna Ltd.
