Kodak CEO To Stay On After Bankruptcy To Find Successor

Law360, New York (July 31, 2013, 1:17 PM EDT) -- Eastman Kodak Co. CEO Antonio M. Perez will remain at the helm of the company for a year after its planned emergence from Chapter 11 while a replacement is found, the company said in a Tuesday filing in New York bankruptcy court.

Perez will pull in an annual salary of $1.155 million during that transition year while he helps the company find his replacement and also will be able to participate in the company’s incentive program at 155 percent of his salary. He also will receive...
