Clarion Shells Out $99M For Stamford Rentals

Law360, Washington (July 31, 2013, 6:57 PM EDT) -- Real estate investment fund manager Clarion Partners LLC has agreed to purchase a new 22-story multifamily residential building in Stamford, Conn., for nearly $99 million from Harbor Point Holding Co., the company announced Tuesday.

The 242-unit high-rise, known as Infinity Harbor Point, is the tallest building on the Stamford waterfront, Clarion said in a statement, and is located in a new transit-oriented, mixed-use development area in the city.
