Obama Picks Fed Board Member For Deputy Treasury Post

Law360, Los Angeles (July 31, 2013, 10:33 PM EDT) -- President Barack Obama will nominate Federal Reserve Board member Sarah Bloom Raskin as deputy secretary of the U.S. Department of the Treasury, the White House said in a statement Wednesday, and if confirmed, she would be the highest-ranking female in the agency's history.
