Printing Co.'s Cap Ban Is Unlawful, NLRB Judge Says

Law360, New York (August 1, 2013, 2:31 PM EDT) -- A National Labor Relations Board judge ruled Wednesday that a commercial printer's rule banning baseball caps except those with a company logo was illegal because it blocked employees from displaying union insignias and that a supervisor's alleged comment about a worker's Facebook posts were unlawful.
