Texas Court Lets Lexington Duck $4M Coverage Verdict

Law360, New York (August 1, 2013, 6:46 PM EDT) -- A Texas appeals court on Thursday overturned a jury’s $3.9 million verdict in favor of an apartment building owner that claimed Lexington Insurance Co. failed to provide coverage for damage after Hurricane Ike, saying the insurer didn’t owe the contested coverage.
