Halliburton, Others Face Fracking Antitrust Class Action

Law360, New York (August 2, 2013, 2:08 PM EDT) -- Halliburton Co., Schlumberger Ltd. and Baker Hughes Inc. were hit Wednesday with an proposed class action in Texas federal court over allegations that they conspired to raise the prices and limit competition in the quickly growing market for hydraulic fracturing.
