Nintendo, Acer Hit With ITC Suit Over Flash Memory IP

Law360, New York (August 2, 2013, 3:17 PM EDT) -- Flash memory maker Spansion LLC on Thursday filed a Section 337 complaint with the U.S. International Trade Commission alleging products imported by 14 companies, including popular video-game maker Nintendo Co. Ltd. and computer manufacturer Acer Inc., violate six Spansion patents.
