Ex-SUNY Bigwig Hired Pol's Kin For No-Show Job, NY AG Says

Law360, New York (August 2, 2013, 6:32 PM EDT) -- New York prosecutors on Wednesday sued the former president of the State University of New York Research Foundation, seeking the return of taxpayer money paid to the daughter of former Senate Majority Leader Joseph L. Bruno for what they say was a no-show job.
