Cabbies File New Challenge Against NYC 'Taxi Of Tomorrow'

Law360, New York (August 2, 2013, 4:04 PM EDT) -- A group representing New York City cab drivers sued the city's taxi agency on Thursday claiming rules that establish one particular vehicle, Nissan North America Inc.'s NV200, as New York City's official taxicab will cause irreparable harm to hacks who can't afford the pricey vans.
