Chobani Can't DQ Attys In 'All Natural' Labeling Suit

Law360, New York (August 5, 2013, 6:23 PM EDT) -- A federal judge overseeing a suit over the alleged mislabeling of Chobani Inc. products on Friday barred a food industry group that had consulted with the yogurt maker and also worked with the plaintiffs' attorneys in separate litigation, but she denied Chobani's bid to disqualify the attorneys.
