CAFA Waiver Invalid In Store Managers' Class Suit, AT&T Says

Law360, Los Angeles (August 5, 2013, 8:42 PM EDT) -- AT&T Mobility Services LLC told the Ninth Circuit on Monday that a putative class action alleging it misclassified store managers belongs in federal court, saying a trial judge wrongly concluded the case did not meet the minimum amount in controversy of $5 million required for federal jurisdiction.
