Performance Bicycle Shop Settles ZIP Code Collection Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (August 6, 2013, 2:27 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge on Monday preliminarily approved a settlement agreement between Performance Bicycle Shop, a major U.S. bicycle product retailer, and a class of consumers who claim the company improperly requested and recorded their ZIP codes during credit card transactions.
