Fla. High Court Urged To Restore Betting Permit Conversions

Law360, Miami (August 6, 2013, 7:41 PM EDT) -- The Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation Division of Pari-Mutuel Wagering and two greyhound tracks on Friday filed a brief with the state Supreme Court contesting a ruling that a 2010 law allowing certain gambling permit conversions is unconstitutional.
