NYC Wants Top State Court To Weigh Soda Limit Policy

Law360, New York (August 6, 2013, 1:51 PM EDT) -- The appellate court that scotched Mayor Michael Bloomberg's sugary drink portion limits erred in finding that New York City's health board overstepped its constitutional authority when it imposed the "soda ban," the city argued Friday in seeking review from the state's highest court.
