Texas Passes Road Funding, Ends Legislative Session

Law360, Dallas (August 6, 2013, 8:00 PM EDT) -- Texas lawmakers reached a compromise on road funding Monday, passing a bill that would devote $1.2 billion a year to state transportation infrastructure, and brought the third special legislative session to a close.
