Appeals Court Revives Debt Collection Suit Against NJ Firm

Law360, New York (August 6, 2013, 9:46 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey appeals court on Tuesday reopened a woman’s claims alleging Zucker Goldberg & Ackerman LLC violated debt collection laws in foreclosure proceedings on her property, finding the trial judge had applied the wrong standard of review.
