Domino's Founder Can't Evade ACA Mandate, HHS Tells 6th Circ.

Law360, New York (August 6, 2013, 6:18 PM EDT) -- A Michigan federal judge ignored “bedrock tenets of American corporate law” in exempting the founder of Domino's Pizza from implementing the Affordable Care Act's contraception mandate at an office complex he owns, the U.S. government told the Sixth Circuit on Monday.
